We want you to be fully satisfied with your Argon Audio equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all purchases. If the sound isn't perfect for your space, you can return your products for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
